On the 1st July 2005 the vehicle body repair business of County Coachbuilders Limited was bought by Dean Fawcett. Dean who was also a director of County Coachbuilders has set up a new company called County Coachbuilders Automotive Limited. The company has taken on the repair business as a going concern.

Dean explains that “we wanted to keep the name as near to the original as possible due to the fact that it is really a change in management only. We have kept all the excellent staff employed by CCB and brought in some new staff to enable us to meet the increasing demands of the market place”.
Investments have already been made by CCA to enable repairs to be done on all types of vehicle, including those with high strength boran steel and aluminum body parts.

Dean’s wife Emma has joined him in the business as company secretary and shares his enthusiasm for the new business. Emma says “During my 18 years of working in banking I have gained many skills that can now be utilised within the company to support Dean in leading a very dedicated team”.

CCA has now gained approved repairer status for most vehicles including, Jaguar, Volvo, Volkswagen, Audi, Renault, Peugeot, Mazda, Skoda, Seat and Vauxhall.

Dean explained “I see being approved repairer for premium vehicle brands to be very important as it gives those customers confidence that we have met the criteria required by those manufacturers to repair their vehicles back to original standards and that our guarantees match those of their warranty”.

CCA also works closely with most insurance companies to endeavor to provide their customers with quick, efficient, and quality service. Dean says “we need to work closely with our insurance companies and build relationships with our work providers to ensure their customers have the least distress whilst their car is being repaired”.

CCA are guided by the environmental protection act when selecting their products to ensure they are fully complaint and safe systems. “Our water base paint technology coupled with super high solid laquers provide exceptional colour matching and durability which is essential to meet the high demands of our customers from both private and insurance sectors”. So having your vehicle repaired at CCA quite literally does not cost the earth!
